What is the overnight occupancy?



The direct booking portal accepts reservations for up to 20 registered overnight guests. Every stay must comply with the confirmed reservation and Cobb County’s maximum overnight occupancy.

What payment is required to reserve a stay?



A 50% down payment is required to reserve your dates. Contact us with questions about pricing for your stay.

Is there a noise ordinance?



Yes, there is an outdoor noise ordinance issued by Cobb County in which outdoor music must not exceed 70 decibels from the audio source and quite hours (no outdoor music allowed) are between 10:00pm - 8:00am.

How many cars can I park?



Parking is limited to vehicles associated with the confirmed overnight reservation. Follow the parking instructions provided before arrival and do not exceed the reservation or Cobb County vehicle limits.

How many guests can I have at the estate?



Please inquire with us for occupancy limits.

What does the kitchen have?



The kitchen has all basic cooking essentials including glasses, silverware, plating, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cookware.

Is the hot tube/pool heated?



Yes, there is a heating fee associated with this.

How many people does the dining room table seat?



The dining room table seats 10 usually, however, there are additional chairs available to expand it to 14 seats.

Can I bring my pet?



Unfortunately, will have to leave your furry friend at home. We do not allow pets on the property and will charge a fee if evidence of a pet is found.

Can I smoke in the house?



There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the home. Smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas.

Are there towels, paper products, supplies, etc.?



Yes, we provide towels in each room as well as paper products and other supplies like trash bags, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

Does the house have TV's?



Yes, there is a TV by the kitchen, one upstairs, and, of course, the movie theater. Each TV has smart capabilities with various streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu.
